Our Vision, Mission & Values :

Central to Pact Kenya’s vision and mission is its overall understanding of what positive change it wants to see in Kenya and the Region and what part it wants to play in bringing that change about.

Vision:
Responsible citizens enjoying equitable development in a clean and secure environment.

Mission:
To enable citizens and communities in Kenya and neighboring countries to live a life of dignity by strengthening individuals and organizations to be effective agents of positive change.

Values:
Underpinning Pact Kenya’s Vision and Mission are its basic values which guide what Pact Kenya does but also how it does it. Pact Kenya seeks to be accountable, committed and respectful in all it does.

• to each other - having personal responsibility for delivering on work and commitments
• to clients, constituencies, beneficiaries, partners, peers, as well as to donors
